The V/F curve can be automatically adjusted through the frequency conversion function: while ensuring the output torque of the motor, the V/F curve can be automatically adjusted. The output torque of the motor decreases, and the input current decreases, achieving an energy-saving state.
Variable frequency startup energy-saving:
When the motor is started at full voltage, due to the starting torque of the motor, it needs to absorb 7 times the rated current of the motor from the power grid, resulting in a large starting current and voltage fluctuations in the power grid. There are still many damages, which will increase line loss and damage. After soft start, the starting current can be reduced from 0 to the rated current of the motor, reducing the impact of starting current on the power grid, saving electricity costs, and reducing the inertia of starting inertia to ensure high inertia equipment and prolong its use.
Improve power factor and save energy:
The motor generates torque through the electromagnetic action of the stator winding and rotor winding. The winding has an inductive effect.
