Elevator energy-saving equipment suppliers remind you that in cities, elevators are the most indispensable high energy consuming equipment in high-rise buildings today. With several elevator accidents causing significant casualties due to elevator malfunctions, people have begun to pay high attention to elevator safety, and elevator safety issues urgently need to be addressed.
The Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the first official promulgation of special equipment safety management in China. Elevators, as the main special equipment, have been clearly defined in the Special Equipment Safety Law regarding the responsibilities of all parties and have been subject to increased penalties. The promulgation of the Special Equipment Safety Law will have a significant impact on the entire elevator industry. Both elevator manufacturers, maintenance companies, and users will place greater emphasis on elevator safety. Providing stronger security for elevator safety and enhancing the public's awareness of the increasing reliance on elevators for safety.
The intense attention has also caused more problems. In addition to accidents, people have also discovered the true nature of "high energy consuming" special equipment - elevators consume a lot of electricity.
According to research, in ordinary residential areas, the daily electricity consumption of an elevator ranges from 30 to 60 degrees. The electricity consumption of elevators in hospitals and high-rise office buildings is higher, with daily electricity consumption reaching 60 to 80 degrees. In today's world where the slogan of "energy-saving, low-carbon, and green living" has never weakened, the issue of energy conservation for so-called high energy consuming equipment cannot be underestimated.
An elevator is composed of a passenger car, a balance counterweight, and a traction system. The main power consumption of elevators can be distributed as follows: the elevator traction machine accounts for about 60%, the temperature control system in the machine room accounts for about 30%, and the internal lighting and electrical load of the elevator accounts for about 10%. Among them, when the elevator is in light load up, heavy load down, and braking conditions, the traction machine exerts a reactive force and is in a power generation state. At this point, excess electrical energy is consumed through the heat dissipation resistor, resulting in wastage of electrical energy and having a significant impact on the temperature inside the computer room. If the computer room does not have good ventilation and cooling measures, once the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, it can cause electronic board crashes, contactor contacts to burn out, and other situations (an elevator has more than ten contactors, and one contact burning out can cause elevator malfunctions; and the elevator computer room operates at high temperatures for a long time, which can easily lead to circuit failures, such as elevator doors suddenly not opening, people trapped in the elevator, elevator button failures, elevator power outages, etc.).
Elevator energy feedback device is a specialized energy-saving device for elevators based on energy feedback technology. Electric energy feedback can be connected in parallel with the braking resistor and can replace the heat dissipation resistor in operation. Recovering the consumed electrical energy, converting it into AC power that is in phase, voltage, and frequency with the power grid through an inverter, and returning it to the grid for use by other electrical equipment. This method not only filters the generated regenerated electrical energy and feeds back the standard electrical energy to the grid for use by other electrical equipment, but also reduces the maximum heat source in the elevator machine room, greatly reducing the temperature of the machine room and reducing the failure rate of the machine room equipment, playing a protective role in the normal operation of the elevator. According to calculations, this energy-saving method can save 20% -50% of energy for elevators, and the energy conversion rate can reach over 97.5%.
After adopting energy-saving technology, elevators can not only save electricity and reduce electricity expenses, but also improve operational efficiency, enhance braking capacity, and make elevator operation more comfortable. Moreover, by modifying the heat dissipation resistor, the operating environment of the elevator can be improved, reducing the operation of the temperature control system in the machine room, and thus greatly reducing the operating cost of the elevator.
