1、 Project Background
There are 120 elevators in a certain park in Guangdong Province, of which 75 elevators have undergone energy-saving renovation (high-speed and low-speed elevators are not included in energy-saving renovation). The energy-saving renovation elevators include multiple brands (Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Toshiba, Xunda, etc.). Before the implementation of the renovation in 2023, the annual power consumption of the elevator system accounted for 20% of the total energy consumption of the park, and the daily average power consumption of a single elevator reached 90 kW · h.

O Meet the national standard for elevator energy feedback devices: Upgrade the new generation of control software and hardware, and pass the GB/T 32271-2015 "Elevator Energy Feedback Devices" and TSG T7007-2022 "Elevator Type Test Rules" tests;
Temperature control: The braking resistor does not intervene in the operation and maintains room temperature (around 140 ℃ before the modification)
